Originating in Ardeche, Nadège Serret has chosen Provence and Château de Fonscolombe to settle in and provide the benefit of the experience she has acquired over the last twelve years alongside great chefs.
Chef-trainee in 2005 at the Relais Bernard Loiseau, in 2007 she was second chef with Thierry Thiercelin, but it is really as chef de cuisine for Edouard Loubet at the Moulin de Lourmarin that she reinforced and confirmed her affinities with Provence and its products.
Nadège Serret offers a fresh cuisine, healthy, creative, full of sun and loaded with flavors. The vegetables that she uses come from the vegetable gardens of the Château or by default from producers in the region. She works equally well with Mediterranean fish as with organic lamb of the Roque d'Anthéron for refined and gourmet associations.
